TERMS&CONDITIONS OF INITIAL ANALYSIS

1. INITIAL ANALYSIS
1.1 The initial analysis is a free service by the Provider provided for the purpose of presentations of services for a fee by the Provider.
1.2 The Condition of providing of the service of Initial Analysis is the filling of a contact form at websitting.sk together with the consent with the personal data processing within the extent stated in the contact form.
1.3 A description of the service of Initial Analysis is stated in the contact form. The service of Initial Analysis is provided exclusively to the website entered by the Customer.
1.4 The Provider reserves the right to set and change the extent of the service of Initial Analysis without any reason. The Provider reserves the right to refuse provision of the service of Initial Analysis without any reason. The Customer does not have a legal right for provision of the service of Initial Analysis.
1.5 Based on the provided data the Provider draws up a report (the Initial Analysis of the website) on the website provided by the Customer, which he sends to the e-mail of the Customer stated in the contact form. The report also contains a proposal of solutions and a price list of the Provider.
1.6 By filling up and sending the contact form the Customer gives his or her consent with sending of the report to his or her e-mail. By filling up and sending the contact form there does not arise any duty of the Customer towards the Provider to order services for fee provided by the Provider.
1.7 The Initial Analysis shall be purely indicative. The Provider is not liable for any damage caused by the realization of proposals stated in the report in case the proposals are not performed by the Provider.

STATEMENT ON THE ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF DATA PROVIDED
The Customer declare and confirms that all the personal data provided by him or her are true, correct, full and actual and identical with the date of the Customer in his or her valid identification card/passport. The Customer also declares that he or she is aware that he or she takes full responsibility for veracity, correctness, integrity, timeliness of the provided personal data within the whole period to which he or she gives consent with their processing. The Customer is also obliged to inform the Provider about a change in the date without any delay. The Customer declares that he or she is aware that he or she takes full responsibility for damages caused by untrueness, inaccuracy, incompleteness or being out of date of the provided personal data.

These T&C are valid since January 20, 2015.
